PROFECO, the Consumer Protection Federal Agency of Mexico uses an online program called Concilianet to process domestic complaints (using dispute resolution) through the Internet.

Using Concilanet, it is possible to file complaints or claims against suppliers of goods or service contracts.

To engage in the Concilianet process, it is necessary to have electronic versions of the following documents: official ID (both sides), receipt or purchase invoice, warranty or contract and any other document which certifies the consumer relationship between you and supplier.
